The Rain Barrel Show [Diễn tấu Thùng nước Mưa – Regentonnenvariationen] in Goethe Institute HANOI
The Goethe Institute Hanoi invites the award-winning author Jan Wagner to Vietnam to present poetry from the poem collection “The Rain Barrel Show“.
“Regentonnenvariationen” is the title of a collection of 57 poems, for which the author Jan Wagner was awarded the Prize of the Leipzig Book Fair 2015 in the Fiction category. For the first time a lyricist was awarded this important prize. We are delighted to present a selection of 23 of these poems in the context of the European Literature Days 2017 in a very successful transfer to Vietnamese.

Das Goethe Institut Hanoi lädt den preisgekrönten Autor Jan Wagner nach Vietnam ein, um Poesie aus der Gedichtsammlung „Regentonnenvariationen“ vorzustellen.
„Regentonnenvariationen” ist der Titel einer Sammlung von 57 Gedichten, für die dem Autor Jan Wagner der Preis der Leipziger Buchmesse 2015 in der Kategorie Belletristik verliehen wurde. Erstmals wurde einem Lyriker dieser bedeutende Preis verliehen. Wir freuen uns, im Rahmen der Tage der Europäischen Literatur 2017 eine Auswahl von 23 dieser Gedichte in einer überaus gelungenen Übertragung ins Vietnamesische vorstellen zu können.
“Das Schöne an der Regentonne ist, dass man eigentlich glaubt, es gibt sie gar nicht. Oder man übersieht sie, die Regentonne als einer dieser Gegenstände, an denen man vorbei geht Tag für Tag, die sich in einer dunklen Ecke befinden und die man gar nicht mehr wirklich wahrnimmt. Und das sind genau die Gegenstände, aus denen Gedichte werden können.” – J. Wagner

Thơ và Nhạc là những giá trị bản sắc gốc của mỗi tộc người. Người ta dùng Thơ để nói tiếng lòng và Âm nhạc để diễn ta nỗi lòng của họ.
Diễn tấu Thùng nước Mưa là một thể nghiệm giao lưu văn hóa nghệ thuật giữa tiếng thơ nước Đức và ca nhạc cổ truyền nước Việt, giữa chuyện của thơ ngày hôm nay và nhạc của ngày xưa.
Những tư duy suy ngẫm về thiên nhiên, sự vật và cuộc sống của một tác giả thơ đương đại ở Châu Âu sẽ được diễn tấu bằng những lời ca điệu nhạc của nhiều bộ môn ca nhạc cổ truyền Việt Nam: hát Tuồng, hát Văn, hát Xẩm, Ngâm..; ý Thơ truyền cảm thành tiếng Nhạc để tạo dựng một không gian giao lưu văn hóa bằng cảm thụ và bằng cảm xúc
